Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. if you are dissatisfied with the product, please use the contact us page, found at the top of your screen. To request a refund please view “Are all purchases final.”

We are able to accept returns on all items. Returns can only be handled within 7 days of your orders purchase date. To process a return please notify our team by filling out our support form. Bloom Loops does not cover return shipping. Returns will only be accepted if the item/items you ordered are unworn, in original packaging, are authentic Bloom Loops products and are not broken or damaged in any form.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Shipping is currently only available in Switzerland since that is where our team is located. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery should be completed in 1-2 days according to the Swiss Post, using the Priority Service (A). Larger orders may be shipped with A+ meaning it is tracked.

Our products are manufactured abroad, but are shipped quickly from Switzerland. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is currently free for every order with a delivery location of Switzerland. All orders are shipped with priority shipping (A) via the carrier Swiss Post. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
