Shipping Policy

Products ordered from our shop before 17:30 on a business day (Mon-Fri) are shipped the same day. Meaning the order will arrive within 1-2 days. Orders can be shipped on the weekend (Sat-Sun) but they will only arrive within business days (view Swiss Post shipping times). The orders may be fulfilled or packaged at any time by our team. Your parcel should contain, a Thank you card, a packing slip/invoice and your order in plastic packaging. Once orders are shipped and fulfilled they should arrive within 1-2 business days as they are shipped via Priority according to the Swiss Post. Larger orders may be shipped with A+ meaning you can track your order. Shipping is always free as we currently only ship in Switzerland. If you have placed a larger order, the tracking number will be sent directly to your email when shipped. When placing an order you agree to your information being used on Swiss Post to ship the order to your place of delivery. You might also recieve emails or text messages from the Swiss Post, with your tracking number/parcel status. Heavily relying on your order quantity.
